Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Professional and Enterprise whenever your practice changes. Contact our team and we will adjust your plan — your client records are unaffected.
What counts as an "active client"?
Any client profile you have not archived. Archiving an inactive client frees the slot immediately, so your limit tracks the practice you are actually running.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 11 months, get 1 month FREE. Starter is ₹10,989 a year instead of ₹11,988, and Professional is ₹27,500 instead of ₹30,000.
How do I pay?
Online payments are being enabled. For now, choose a plan above and our team activates it for you — usually within one working day.
What is DEVR, and is it included?
DEVR is the clinical intelligence & consultation layer — a separate add-on billed at ₹99 per consultation on top of any plan, so you only pay for the consultations you run through it. It is coming soon.
What if I run a clinic or need more than 200 clients?
That is Enterprise: multi-practitioner accounts, organization-level features, custom AI usage, and dedicated support. Pricing is quoted to your setup — contact us and we will scope it.
